Like we need an excuse to celebrate this fabulous day huh! Even if we did, it would be rude not to 😉
A small thing, such as National Bubble Bath Day, can be all you need to get through the day – just knowing that you can have a relaxing soak with a glass of wine (maybe! No. Definitely!) and a book, brings pure bliss and an event to look forward to.
Remember – Being mindful doesn’t mean studying yoga for hours or being positive 24/7. It raises awareness of caring for yourself, being kind to yourself and realising your mental state.
